· Roofing Apprenticeship Program - The Association administers the only statewide Roofing Apprenticeship Program. After successful completion of the two-year program, apprentices receive a Journeyman Roofer Certificate from the Department of Labor & Industry, recognized throughout the United States.

Networking

Annual Summer Convention - The Annual Summer Convention allows members and guests to enjoy a family-oriented convention each Summer. Attendees have the opportunity to exchange ideas and information through networking, socializing with old and new friends and enjoying the many recreational activities and social events with their families.

Spring Seminar Showcase - The Association’s Spring Seminar Showcase offers expert speakers on "hot topics" in the industry. The exhibit hall features table top displays providing both contractors and suppliers an opportunity to expand their networks and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Regional Events - Regional networking events, including informal happy hours and ‘lunch and learn’ programs, provide opportunities for members to network and socialize with their fellow roofing professionals.  Event sponsors allow us to provide complimentary drinks and appetizers to attendees.
