What should I wear to the Summer Convention?

Casual attire is appropriate during the day and for the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception & Cornhole Tournament.

For the Thursday evening Awards Banquet, business or cocktail attire is recommended—jackets for men, dresses or nice separates for women.

While the atmosphere is relaxed, this is still a professional event. Attendees are encouraged to avoid overly casual or distracting clothing, such as ripped jeans or t-shirts with controversial slogans.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Convention registration fees are refundable as follows:

• Through June 19: Full refund less a $25 administrative fee
• June 20 – June 30: 75% refund
• July 1 – July 8: 50% refund
• After July 8: No refunds

Registrations may be transferred to another individual.

All cancellations or transfers must be submitted in writing via email to mail@varoofingprofessionals.org . Please allow up to two business days for confirmation.

Important: Sleeping room reservations must be canceled directly with the resort.
